Overview
The USB Type-C to DisplayPort adapter consists of a USB 3.1 Type-C male
on one end and a DisplayPort v1.4 female on the other end. It allows you to
connect an extra display from your laptop's USB Type-C port. This adapter
provides video output of 8K@30Hz resolution, high throughput using the USB 3.1
bus and supports high definition monitors. The adapter can either extend or
mirror your source. It can work on all Type-C and Thunderbolt 3 hosts that
support DP Alt mode (including DP1.4 and DP1.2 Alt mode).
